Long term rental needed

Looking for a long term rental La Marina area. We are retired, residents, and have 2 small dogs.
Ideal would be detached house or villa, quiet area well away from bars and entertainment, somewhere like Oasis, single storey (knee problems).
3 bed, 2 bath, a bit of garden to sit in with dogs. Maximum €500 per month plus utilities.
Can anyone help please?
