Hi La Marina folks.

Please... Some advise..

We have a home on the Urb which we have had since 2017 been with Telecable since then.. and service seems average but we dont live there,so no complaints.

They have recently been aquired by Excom and now we are unable to have the TV service put on stand by during our absence only the Internet. this is not really satisfactory as we now have to pay for a tv service all year round when we are not there.

We will be moving full time next year but in the meantime we are looking for an alternative supplier to provide both internet and tv package that can be switched off and on during periods of residency and absence.

Any suggestions appreciated (We are coming back begining of October and would like to get it switched over whilst their)

Thanks Steve.

Try Vegafibra. We use them and have had no problems since swapping from Telecable when Vegafibra first started in La Marina. I understand they do an on/off service and when we joined tv was free.
They are usually very quick responding.

In addition to the above, Dvblab also does what you need.

Hi Steve

Vega Fibra Calle Teresa Berganza 5, it’s at the bottom of the street where Santa Monica is, if you look to your right you’ll see their office.

Regards

Anne
