which tv broadband

Hi All,
More advice required.
I am coming over 2nd Feb and want to re instate the tv broadband at our little place. As we will not be resident all year I want a service that is either a reasonable cost for all year round about €10 a month or a service that can be switched on and off as required.
The place is on the Urb and have inquired at the local satellite office by the sports bar and pool as I think their equipment ( a telcatel box on the wall inside with cables going to it) is already installed but the y seem expensive to me?maybe they are not but I would appreciate some advice/guidance if there is a better supplier and contact details please.
