We had a whole house system installed by Aqualyze. It connects to the mains water supply. Can definitely recommend the system and the company.

Before investing money on a system, do you really nead it? You can drink the water, and it doesn't taste bad. It's OK for tea, coffee and cooking etc. An 8 litre bottle of water only costs about €0.90

I think you do need it even bottled water stuffs up the kettle try http://healthyh2o.es/index.html

They do the tap filters very reasonable or full house systems personally I would fit both then you protect boilers and washing machines also we have used these guys and they are very good.

We had a filter system when we lived in the campo, I have removed the filter system that was installed in our villa in Urb.La Marina, their is no need for a filer as the local water is fine.

Tap water is fine to drink and doesn't fur up the kettle. Have never bought bottled water in 15 years of living here.

The last tap water one was less than 100 euros and the whole house three filter one less then 250 euros I would contact them for a current price they are good makes the water taste so much better and stops the kettle messing up.  the whole house system protects the washing M/c and dishwasher also.
