Hello La Marina.

Hope someone could give me idea of any properties for sale. Up to 60 euro. And any information I might need to know.

Hi pencte,

Kyero is one of the biggest property portals in Spain - a quick search brings back these properties for La Marina:

You could also look at individual estate agents on the urbanisation - those that I know are Newstart, Smart and Barclays.

Property purchase tax (ITP) in this region is 10% of the purchase price and you'll need to allow another 3-4% for fees, e.g. lawyer, notary and land registry, so if you bought a property at €60k, that would amount to an additional cost in tax and fees of around €8k.
