Decent garage ITV La marina

Hi please advise a cheap garage for ITV in la marina
I have always used López in La Marina village. He is just before the last set of lights going towards Alicante. I don't know what you call cheap. Usually price and quality go together. I tend to steer clear og the Brits for any type of work.

Take it yourself, we usually use San Bartolome near Orihuela. You can make an appointment or simply turn up.

Or as Jay replied, take it yourself. I've never tried it, so I don't know how easy it is with my limited understanding og spanish.

Maybe you were quoted 145€ for pre ITV checkup by a garage and them taking the vehicle for the ITV test?

Hi
If you use a garage, you are basically just paying them to understand basic Spanish. In the La Marina area, I'd be surprised if the ITV centre can't tell you what to do in English. There's very few things they need to say (lights, indicators, horn etc).
ITV centres do not do repairs - if the car fails, then you need a garage.
