No.
To insure a car in UK requires you to be UK resident, it's the first question most companies ask on their application forms.
Even if you fib about that holding a Spanish licence will instantly raise red flags as of course you had to be Spanish resident to obtain it.
There are one or two brokers who supposedly can arrange cover but it's dubious at best and I wouldn't want to put it to the test with a claim.

Speak to a insurance broker in Spain and ask their advice. When I brought a UK registered car over to Spain in 2018 I could insure it in Spain on UK plates, even though I was not a Spanish resident. They accepted my Spanish address. The difference being I had a UK licence so that may make a difference as you have a Spanish licence.
