Needed urgently someone to repair French window blinds

Just arrived back in Torrevieja after enforced 18 months away ( covid 19) so lovely to be back🤗. Most things were great but one of the French windows blinds pulley has broken so we can't open it. I would very much appreciate advice leading to a competent repair man who could fix it ASAPÂ
