I don’t understand why non residents don’t pay some one to call once a month to tidy the garden, we often comment when having a walk “they haven’t been there for awhile”, if we comment so do burglars.

Brand new Ariston Gas Central Heating boiler taken !
Sorry to hear that. I know from experience it leads to unsettled feelings - not nice. There is a team in La Mata doing the rounds. Tried to kick the main block door in night before last. Door is now broken but the failed to intrude into any apartments and the management company cannot be contacted for locksmith repairs.
