Hello people,
I own a property on phase 1 on the Urb since last August.
I have noticed on my bank statements that they have took out two payments in December for £86 and £76 towards the community charge for phase 1.
Is this correct.

It would be best to ask either the President of the community or the Administrators.

Community fees are due quarterly Feb,May,Aug,Nov. I remember from a previous post that you are in the apartments, your quarterly fee is €78. It maybe that the double charge is for Aug & Nov.
I would email Craig the President or Sonia the Administrator to clarify this.
My Community fee for Feb has come out of my bank today, however the payments are not all taken for everybody on the same day,I believe this is due to how many direct debits can be processed on a given day.
