Sorry to see you are not having much luck, but knowing Spain I am not too surprised.
My wife had a Pfaff twin bed knitting machine that had a small form computer on it. It was detachable and about the size of a big mobile phone. If this is similar to yours could you send that bit back to the UK to be fixed? Maybe the place you got it from.

I'm afraid not. The computer is a really integral part of the machine. Over the years I have bought many embroidery patterns which have greatly enhanced the machine's ability. Such a shame that after a long time collating patterns and learning the machines wonderful ability, it has all come to an abrupt end. Perhaps when covid/brexit finally settles down there will be an easier and cheaper method of getting the machine back to England to see if the original seller can help me. Best wishes T
