Tanking slurry

I looking for a supplier to buy tanking slurry to dampproof walls and floors against possible rising damp.
I have in the past used a cement based product in UK called K11 made by
sovereigns chemicals which was very effective.
Can this or similar product be bought around Marbella or Malaga
I am doing a refurbishment of a ground floor apartment in El Romeral and would like to make sure it is all damp-proofed.
I don’t want to use a tar based product.
