To rent long term or buy? I jut don't know.

Hello! I'm currently renting a place near C/Dublin but I'm not impressed with it-2 bed terraced bungalow,very basic,400 euros per month plus bills,water leccy.I don't know whether to look at buying;thing is I'm "knocking on a bit" in years.I like Marina Oasis and would prefer to stick around that area,e.g.Lounge Bar, Angel etc.I'm prepared to go up a few bob in money,for class not crap.What do you reckon? Know any nice cheapish bungalows for sale or rent.Let me know your thoughts.
