Congratulations 😁 Molly did you give your solicitor power of Attorney to complete on your behalf? Just wondering as we were hoping to do this.

Hi - that’s what I’ve done. It just means they can sort out your NIE number, all the legal stuff etc etc without too much hassle. Only difficulty I had was finding a notary public in the U.K. to witness my POA! Starting to get really excited now

Thanks Julie we have done all the paper work you mentioned the end of July we came over. Just got the final payment to pay. Booked flights for 2nd week in October so hope it’s all in place. 😁😁

Yes we did give our solicitor power of attorney. It all worked out really well.
We just need to sort out insurance next.

We insured our Apartment on El Pinet with our Bank ,Caixa, in La Marina.
