Hello all .I'm Janet my husband and I are retiring next March to the Costa Blanca. We are looking for a long term rental (years) .We do have a small dog so must be pet friendly .We don't want isolation so ideally close to all amenities. Any information would be appreciated .
Hi Janet, I have an ideal property on virgin de la asuncion on the la Marina urbanisation. 2 bedroomed bungalow on a street with only 21 properties, a lovely little communnity. Have a let in until feb17. 5 mins walk to shops , bars and restaurants with expats living on the lane which is private and quiet. They are all very friendly. Thankyou for your response. As we are not retiring until April 2017 we are looking for a long term rental from then.The property looks ideal if it's available from that date ,we would be very interested .If it's available could you send me the rental cost .thankyou very much
