Can anyone recommend: Engineer/surveyor/sewage mains pipework reconfigured

I want to flatten the driveway. There is a hump which i believe is crap workmanship from original urbanization construction/ building company. I think the sewage system was not installed correctly. It needs replacing and lowered. Anyone know experts who can help?
