Want to buy either a mobile home/caravan or town house in La Marina

Hi We are looking to buy in the La Marina area and we are considering either a mobile home/caravan or a town house . We want our own outside space so we have ruled out an apartment.
We need 2 bedrooms and air con if possible but we want to be within walking distance of the coast / restaurants and bars near the centre if possible
Can anyone please direct us where to look?
