Where can I buy 'water based varnish' locally?

We need a water based varnish to renovate a piece of outdoor furniture. Does anyone know if this can be found locally? We have tried Merca China.

A Google search for water based varnish in Spain brought up a website for a company that makes this, the link in to locations in Alicante Provence that sell it, hopefully this helps.
