Great News to see Spain have now got the funds to get them through this Pandemic. But at the end of the day it is someone’s cash.and you don’t get something for nothing in this life specially politics so I hope Spain is not on the end of the puppet strings for years to come.

Hello,

This was in the El Pais newspaper & the Spanish  Government website a while back.

That’s fine for now but most of the €140 billion will have to be repaid . So they will need all the tourists they can get after all

You need to read my comments and digest them. I never said we wanted special treatment the UK just wants to be treated the same as other countries and have a deal, Just like Canada or Australia or whoever.

And as for dastardly deeds as you put it, Just to mention a few, The EU is dem...

...anding fishing rights in our territorial waters, they still want the UK to follow their rules and regulations, they want the European Courts having a final say on our lawsand we are to have no say in anything are you kidding, if you want to roll over and be walked on then that’s your choice.

Do they demand fishing rights or demands to follow their rules with any other country they have a deal with no.

You must have inside privileged information or a crystal ball to make a statementabout far right Tories pretending to do a deal that seems utter nonsense, can you tell me what unreasonable demands the UK has asked the EU to submit to.

I suppose all those who voted to remain will be on the side of the EU and blame the democratic vote for Brexit it’s time to get over this as it’s not going to change.

We have freedom of speech and we all are entitled to our views. Keep safe.

But the third countries to whom you refer aren't only 33km from the EU. The EU, rightly, want's to protect it's single market from a gang of barrow boys.

Think you will find your so called barrow boys will soon be sending out a vaccine they have produced to help the EU while most of the EU have sat back and waited for the barrow boys to solve the problem.

The Pfizer / BioNTech vaccine the UK is currently using is coming from the EU ! The Oxford vaccine isn’t ready yet !

The Pfizer company was set up  Mainz , Germany in 2008 ,  by a German and a Turkish scientist .They are the brains behind the groundbreaking  research and have successfully produced the first effective coronavirus vaccine.

It is being shipped to the UK from Belgium, I believe.

Only half of it needs to be repaid . The other half over 70 billion is a direct grant which is doesn’t need repayment.

Anyone who doesn’t know the information you have given must have been asleep for 6 months.the Oxford Vaccine is days away from being approved and at €3 a shot compared to €24and€15 a shot it is obvious which one EU and the world want to get their hands on.but as I said most of Europe have sat back and let USA And U.K. solve the problem again not bad for a bunch of Barrow boys.

The point of my post was to alert visitors that there is also this problem to consider too when they are booking flights and making travel plans . It wasn’t to finger point.

Thank you. I'm hoping to have my Irish Passport soon, although I'll be traveling from the UK in January.

Can anyone advise me what my position will be please ? 🤔

Sorry.  33 km from the EU ?    Lol. Is this the English forgetting about Ireland, again.
