We are being treated like every Third Party Country ! There aren’t special rules for how they treat the UK! If you know of any , I’d love you to share them .

So as I say , feel free to share these different and dastardly treatments the EU have devised  for the UK. Dying to read them .

You need to read my comments and digest them. I never said we wanted special treatment the UK just wants to be treated the same as other countries and have a deal, Just like Canada or Australia or whoever.

And as for dastardly deeds as you put it, Just to mention a few, The EU is demanding fishing rights in our territorial waters, they still want the UK to follow their rules and regulations, they want the European Courts having a final say on our lawsand we are to have no say in anything are you kidding, if you want to roll over and be walked on then that’s your choice.

Do they demand fishing rights or demands to follow their rules with any other country they have a deal with no.

You must have inside privileged information or a crystal ball to make a statementabout far right Tories pretending to do a deal that seems utter nonsense, can you tell me what unreasonable demands the UK has asked the EU to submit to.

I suppose all those who voted to remain will be on the side of the EU and blame the democratic vote for Brexit it’s time to get over this as it’s not going to change.

We have freedom of speech and we all are entitled to our views. Keep safe.

You had me until you supposed everyone who voted remain would be on the side of the EU.   I voted to remain and I’m praying it’s not going to be as bad as I thought it would be.  But, I am not on the side of the EU, I am Scottish/ British and I want the best deal we can get now. As a traveller to Spain and back regularly with Romanian holding passport pets ,it’s been interesting, their passports are acceptable lol .they are still in the EU.     The “democratic vote” the leavers had , well, They may as well have voted to jump off a cliff for all the truth they had to go on.  When in doubt do nowt  is my motto and we knew nowt .     In my perfect wee World, we would all be able to move freely as long as you have No criminal record.  Simples.   Will be voting Leave next time I get a vote though. lol.🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿   Because I Know what I don’t want any more. 🇬🇧  🤡.

As I said we still have freedom of speech so everyone is entitled to an opinion, and when we voted for Brexit it stated leave or stay it said nothing about a deal, and why four years later do remainers still try and insult the intelligence of those who voted for Brexit. Ie might as well jump off a cliff.

And as for your dream on your next vote good luck, once in a generation remember  or do you keep having a vote until you win. Keep safe.

I assume you mean that the 2016 leave vote was on lies?

For the record, I voted remain.

Can you also assume that ‘lies’ led to one of the biggest council election results going to the tories?

Can you assume that ‘lies’ led to an absolute landslide GE result?

Can you assume that the Labour Party is completely and utterly decimated because of ‘lies’?

can you assume that the Liberal party is iniliated because of ‘lies’?

can you assume that people who are red to the core labour turned sides because of ‘lies’ and put an ‘x’ on a ballot paper for a conservative candidate?

Are you assuming that all those people are so dense, so unbelievable stupid, so thick that they didn’t know what they were doing because of ‘lies’?

NO....... the democratic voice spoke, not once, not twice but multiples of times.... why?.... BECAUSE THEY WANT BREXIT DONE.

Get over it, the voices have spoken, and while it wasn’t many of us desired result it is the ‘democratic voice’... and most of us are wise enough to respect that fact.

But be warned, try overturn it at your peril.... I think it’s called communism or something like that, you’ll need to ask Corbyn... remember him 😉..... believe he got his answer by the “democratic voice” also.

As for the “Dream”  ! Anyone with half a brain would realise. The “once in a generation “quote the English love to throw back at us , was obviously only to Encourage the Scots to vote , not to give to the U.K. govt to use as a set of handcuffs  to keep Scotland close. 🤷‍♀️(  I wonder why, oh could it be they would have to move the Nuclear Submarine base, I wonder where they would put it lol. )   The Scotland , that as Scots , we are all aware that the English man on the street wants us to leave 😙.  So a lot of us  hope the English get a vote too lol.   🙏.
To quote you.      “and when we voted for Brexit it stated leave or stay it said nothing about a deal,”. 🙈. Lol. Says it all.  😊.  I certainly did not insult anyone’s intelligence,   I’ll explain it to you, The jist was, we were making a huge decision that would change very many lives for the foreseeable future and maybe not for the better. , and we had no information to allow us to make an informed choice. So we could have been like turkeys voting for Christmas. That doesn’t insult anyone.    Oh, and, you told someone to read what you wrote,   Practice what you preach then 😂.    I didn’t say “might as well jump off a cliff”. Lol. I hope the intelligent  folks who Voted Leave are right, they must have known something the remainers didn’t 😊.  Time will tell.    We may well be like the lies about lemmings 🙄.    Oh and 4 years ago you mentioned, yes and where are we tonight.  Don’t know, right?   🤔🤡.

I hesitate to type anything about Brexit but I will say this. When you ask various Leavers to list 5 things that will make the UK better they never mention economics.

They usually mention "emotional" ideas like sovereignty or "not having the (corrupt) EU make our rules". As if this government wasn't corrupt. Ooh controversial there, incoming expected!

And I agree with what I've read elsewhere that the terms we were to leave on should be available to the public and voted on before the decision was ratified. Quite a few now have doubts about their decision.

It is what it is, but I fear this is going to make us Little England, irrelevant in Europe and increasingly irrelevant on the world stage.

With all respect to you and your emojis, this conversation about Brexit is repetitive and getting boring, with all this we didn’t know this or that nobody knew or still knows what will happen on the 1st January 2021, but one thing for certain we will have resigned from the club and have control over our own destiny wether that is good or bad time will tell and you as a Scotsman are part of the United Kingdom.

And no you didn’t say might as well jump off a cliff, you actually said the leavers may of well voted to jump off a cliff, I think that insults the leave voters, as does anyone “with half a brain,” the old adage from the remainers is. “ The brexiteers didn’t know what they were voting for”.
I respect some of your views but not all of them.

Merry Xmas to all members Keep safe.

No offence to you, but little England, not relevant on the world stage are you for real, do you forget that Great Britain voted to leave not your little England.

A few years being a satellite country of Europe will certainly not effect our relevance in our countries future I think you underestimate the British people’s resolve.

What evidence do you have that our government is corrupt, apart from the generalisation that every politician in the world is corrupt which would mean no matter what government is in power they would be corrupt.

Actully Scotland didn't vote to leave. The majority was Remain. What we are seeing is a Westminster led English based decision.

Due to population density that's democracy in action and I accept the decision. I just wonder if it was rerun tomorrow if it would turn out the same. But no point speculating, let's see how it goes. I wish you luck.
