Has anyone been here or tried to arrange an appointment there?
I have sent 3 emails this week trying to arrange a NLV appointment, but they haven't even acknowledged receipt to say they are dealing with it.
Frustrating to say the least..

Not for NLV but my friend got an appointment last week for NIE and they have been helpful and answer emails. This is the email address she used.
