Hi there we r selling our property through Case Manuel we have our property on with a few other agents but they seem to be the most pro active so in terms of purchasing I would definately not rule them out.

Hello all many thanks to all who have replied to our posts. We are very greatful. However our visit is getting close now and we are so looking forward to it.So as it’s so close I have a few final questions. We need to do finalise a solicitor and pick our agent. We are looking at the following areas,Le zenia,Playa Flamenca and Cabo Roig. Our plan is we need to get and independent solicitor and for them to liaise with the agent. If there is any more advice people think we need please do not hesitate to say so.Finally have a peaceful and happy new year to all forum users.

I dealt with Sandra in Spanish solutions and found her excellent. The office is in La zenia close to Paddy's point.

Regards.
