Hi, can someone please help me with regards to banking in Spain. I have a Revolut account (UK) which has a Euro IBAN Number, do I still need to have a Spanish Bank Account?

TIA, Paul.

If you only need it for paying bills, and using a debit/credit card then Revolut is fine!

Hi BM66WHU

I think you will find that your Revolut account has a GB Iban code if your UK resident, you will be better off with a Wise account which has a Belgium Iban code letting you set up all your DD's, I also have a Starling Euro account which I use to draw cash as your restricted to 250 euros per month on the other cards.

regards

Andrew

Hi Paul

Hi Andrew,

Thanks for the info. I'm using Revolut to exchange funds, because, as you say, it's a very good rate. I'll have a look at Wise. Thanks once again.

Regards, Paul.
