Why is everybody missing the point here? My original question was when will the only one person to a car be lifted but everybody who has replied seems to have got on their orange box to tell me what an unreasonable person I am......does anybody know the answer? If not then just ignore the questio...

...n and stop preaching!!!!

Surely this will change on phase 1 around the 11th May when restaurants can open outside up to a capacity of 30%.

Yes and then implied we were trying to defraud the police by falsifying information........I said we could not be in a car together unless one person was disabled....I was simply quoting the current rules and finished by saying this was not our case because neither of us were disabled.......Read the question before replying as once again the original question "when will we be able to have two in a car" has not been answered

Again well said. I think some people read the first line. Its sets their blood boiling and then they read what they want. I dont think there is an answer yet but in my last answer, surely it must be sometime to coincide with phase 1, set to start around the 11th. Before I'm shot down, this is an observation not a fact.

I've already read it thanks. I must have missed this section. But thank you you have just confirmed what I said.

As for the TAXI. I'm not disputing the rules. I was pointing out that I could not confirm that either the driver or other occupants were not A symptomatic and carrying the virus. Also if I was A symptomatic I could pass onto the driver and the next occupants. I cant see how this is a safer alternative. However this is pointed out in great detail by yourself and other posters. However the answer is just 'because it says so'.

YOU ARE MISSING THE POINT !!!!

A VALID QUESTION WAS ASKED. SHE DIDN'T ASK IN ORDER TO BE RIPPED TO BITS.

Perhaps what could have been said is "there is no clarification on this yet".

Not jump in and basically say "YOU ARE STUPID FOR ASKING A VALID POINT"

However as has just been pointed out it looks like fase 1 for 2 people from the same household in 1 car.

As the answer was already there then WHY NOT SAY THAT ! in the first place.

We all want to stick to the rules and laws. I haven't been out except for essential journeys since the lockdown. WE ARE NOT BLOODY STUPID.

Also there was no mention of ANYBODY FALSIFYING INFO.

Perhaps you misinterpreted the question.

Perhaps the forum members shouldn't jump to tarring everyone with the same brush. There are some stupid people out there. Non so evident as currently in the UK.

I just wanted to point out it was a valid question which required a simple answer. The reasons for a question are totally irrelevant and could be personal. Unfortunately the standard answer to any lockdown questions are "why do you want to know" and "are you bloody stupid".

I'm sorry if you don't agree, but that's the way it comes across. All that will happen is people will stop asking questions.

Take care and stay safe.

Stuart

The regulars on here are always telling people where they are going wrong.  Or claiming everyone is working illegally.

A lady said to travel together you need to be disabled but they are not.  Now certain people call them stupid.  Take a look at yourselves and read the questions correctly, or are you stupid !!!
