Just wondering if anyone arrived on a flight today.

How was the experience. Any problems with boarding in the UK or entering Spain.

And in particular, did anyone get asked for proof of accomodation, or a carta de invitaćion?

The latter has been the ex pat hot topic this week, but I suspect they will rarely / never be asked for.

Below is a transcript of live chat with Ryanair. Took a bit of coaxing to get the answer but NO PCR test required to board the plane, just the locator form.
Can I just check. My son is flying to Spain on the 2nd June. I wanted to make sure that no negative PCR test is required to board the plane to fly to Spain. He is fully vaccinated and will have the locator form etc. Only there is so much conflicting information on the net so there is only 1 way to be sure. Thank you.
Iulia C, Thank you for your patience! Please note that the only way to make sure what documents are required to travel to Spain is by contacting the local authorities (Spanish Embassy or border services of Spain), or check this information on the Spanish government website. Please note that we always follow the restrictions of the countries we are going from/to.
I know the requirements to enter Spain. My question is on leaving the UK what is Ryanair's policy for boarding the plane.
Iulia C, For boarding the plane you need to have the documentation that is required for you to enter the country you are going to.
Thank you. So that is Spanish requirement of just the locator form. No pcr test required to enter Spain, so no PCR test to board the plane?Unless of course that changes before next week.Is there a yes or no answer to the 2 previous points.
Iulia C, Sorry for the waiting time. Yes it is correct, unless the requirements change before the flight.
Thank you so much. I appreciate that restrictions change quite frequently. So will keep on eye on them. Have a good day.
