I recently closed my Sabadell account and changed my direct debits for water, electricity and communal fees.
I have now received a rejected dd for Suma as the account is closed.
Does anyone know how I can get this changed to my Wise account? I haven't received a bill in the post and am in UK at the moment.

You can do it online but need the code details from your SUMA bill (or any bill).

You can also do it on line with a clave or digital signature.
https://www.suma.es/distribuidor_login.xhtml
By phone on 0034 965 292 000 but, again, you need the CSV code from your bill.
You can change it at a SUMA office (bit awkward if you're in UK) or at a bank when paying the bill (again awkward if you're in UK).
Do you have access to any SUMA bills so you can get the CSV code? If so then the online or telephone would do. If not then you'd have to wait until you get to Spain again.

Yes, here's the map showing where it is.
While you're there, get them to set up a clave for you so you can do things online.

Hi,
There's no issue with this if your new bank has an EU Iban number. I've done it two years ago.
Not sure haw it works if you have a bank outside the EU, sorry !
I pay my Suma with a direct debit from my Wise account.
