We used them to purchase our house, set up bank account and NIE, we still use them for other legal needs, never had a problem.

DONTUSE THEM would be my advice........we are still paying the price after 3 years because we used them to buy our house.  Just out of curiosity are you using an estate agent? Would it be homesespana? There is a link, the agent takes you to their solicitor, they take you to their bank and they all profit from each other. Our house had a nightmare of problems, none of which were pointed out by sun lawyers........

We have used Sun Lawyers for various things including the sale of my parents house and also when doing our own residencia etc and have found them to be very efficient.

We have just used them for a new house purchase without issue and plan to use them when we sell our current property once our renovations on our new property are complete.

Did you have Angie as your lawyer?

Hi, we've used them for the past 5 years and have had no issues at all. Efficient via email and very quick at responding to our queries. Also staff in the office always very helpful and friendly. We now pay them annually for their ongoing services but that is our choice.

Hi everyone, just signed up to the forum.

I have friends on Vistabella Golf and thinking of buying a two or three bed bungalow off plan. Or one of the quad style houses.

Rented one of the new villas on a good deal over Christmas. A nice quiet area.

Has anyone bought off plan?

What are the pitfalls?

Can anyone recommend a good property solicitor for help with NIE and opening  a bank account.
