Well update on denied residencia , nothing we can do because padron dated 2021 , even though we can prove we made appointment 11/11/20 , we have to go back to UK and apply for a non lucrative visa, very difficult because we have disabled father living with us and obs can't stay on his own , I'm at wits end , will have to rent in UK whilst the application goes through , even though we own a property here , and not in UK, nitemare ☹☹

You can file a so called "recurso de reposición" depending on the reasons for the denial, the earlier the better. Chances are good if you are living here before brexit. Can't be more precise w/o konowing all the details.

Ex pat services give them a call very good has i said before brother in law denied but expat services got him residency
