Looking for financial assistance for paying bills and annual taxes etc

Due to illness I have recently transferred ownership of my property in Campoverde to my two children. As they rarely get out to Spain they will have to conduct the running of the property from the UK. This will include the paying of taxes such as Suma & vehicle access tax, impuesta de patrimonio, community service charges, utility bills and as the property is rented out at present the tax on any rental income.

I do all these at the moment through my solicitor and financial advisor (same company) in Spain but think my children would benefit from an independent adviser based perhaps locally in Camopverde who they could speak to.
Any recommendations please?

We use Carasso in Playa Flamenca, they are really good and would recommend them to you.
