Ray just my observations,

I have read a lot of your replies to a lot of wide and varied subjects from lots of different people , you are obviously well educated and very articulate, however, I find a lot of your replies very provocative with a purpose.

The purpose being that you seem to enjoy pressing posters buttons into a retaliation and then turn it around to them , accusing them of bullying. I think you just enjoy winding posters up mainly for British and ridicule you them for being patriotic.
Were does the underlying bitterness come from ? Kind regards Andy

Ps I hope I have not crawled from underneath my rock and as always this is purely my opinion and is  not meant meant to be derogatory just an observation.

This thread is about a prospective change to the Withdrawal Agreement. This impacts directly on Brits living in Spain (legally and illegally), Brits who aspire to live in Spain, and Brits with holiday homes in Spain. As such, this political topic is a valid subject for this forum.

Incidentally, the prospective change also impacts on Britain's international credibility, it's negotiating position, and let's not forget the residents of the Island of Ireland. ...

...

I was just answering RayD,s statement that's all, dont jump down my throat without reason.

Just as you can never take the Xen out of

Xenophobia 😁

Most of them would struggle to spell it...

Not funny at all, who are you calling Xenophobic. I suppose your one of the intelligentsia on here that thinks brexiteers are thick and only voted brexit because they are as you say xenaopobic and most of us couldn't spell it, what a small narrow minded man you are.

You make some good points.

I am a massive advocate of open discussion. But the all thing’s British are no good undertones are shining through a little to much this alienating people.
It’s no secret that we have our political problems in the U.K. but unless anyone has noticed the world in general is in an absolute mess. If we by hook or by crook manage to pull ourselves out of Europe and heaven forbid do a little better for ourselves then I’m all for that . I’m no expert but I’m sure the answer is not to keep churning UK tax payers billions into a bottomless pit for the rest of time is the answer trying to prop up and subsidise  the other EU member state’s economies.

Change is never easy and sometimes fortune favours the brave lets hope so go our tiny little island . For all the U.K.s faults it’s still the best place in Europe to live ask all the immigrants at Calais risking there lives to get here in little rubber dinghies!
