would not let you down, he does all my work for my Community and many more including Private homes as well.

He does an honest days work for an honest days pay, he will go out of his way to help in any way he can. I would not use anyone else.

Hi siterly, once again a brit ripping off a fellow brit. I experienced a similar thing when I first bought in La Marina back in 2004, luckily I was steered towards a guy called Schaeppi Rheinhardt who has done a lot of work on my property, and at one stage even waited 6 months to be paid as he wanted me to see the job and be happy with it the next time I went out there before he would except payment. Every brit I asked to do the same work wanted cash in full up front before they would start.

I unfortunately fell for the crooked Brit tradesman back in 2005, Chippy John was his name,put a kitchen in for me, I think he only had one saw blade, because he ripped all the melamine worktops and put too longer screws through the side of the cabinets. But best of all put in a top coving at 45 degrees in the opposite direction and then when I queried it said I put up to take down later when I get the new piece !

Rubbish job and had to be redone within a couple of years. Was also recommended a Satellite installer a few years back, and against my better judgement used him. Warning signs should have alerted me when he turned up in an old car with tools that I would have thrown out. Needless to say rubbish work, lost TV signals, and when I complained, told me on the phone to F*** Off. 

Had to get someone else him who had to redo all his work.

Mike was his name, someone later told, he's been on the La Marina Urb. doing Electrical work, but did not have the sufficient licences. They Nicknamed him Maybe Mike, I wonder why?

I would not now touch any Brit Builder on the Urb. I have got builders from the papers and have so far been okay.

I used a plumber called Dave, first class work. Turned up when he said, done great professional  job.
