Returning online orders by post

Thanks for your reply. When I've gone into their web sites they say returns the customer has to pay for returns. Correos was quite expensive so I thought I'd see if anyone else had used an another option

I have looked at their websites. The returns are to the UK, which explains everything. (Would have thought by now that they would have got organised like other companies to have bases where they are selling).

Suggest you look at using Spanish companies I buy clothes from Venca and La Redoute, regularly....

I had to return something about 4 years ago and on that occasion I queued up at Correos for ages and it was quite expensive for the postage...
