Hi Helen57,

Do you have any trouble receiving your Next orders?

Cheers

Yes I do buy from marks @spencer Spain, item comes free but often wait for weeks, return by correos and wait in line for a long time. Often can get free return postage label..wait in line again at correos for confirmation slip. Buy multiple items and sizes if it’s something that you really like.

If the sizes seem tight, then order the next size up, always.

For example, H&M size big, so I buy 1 size smaller, and Primark size small so buy 1 size up.

Venca and La Redoute, spanish mail order companies that I have bought from for years, size slightly small. Returns are always free in convenient locations.

Hope this is helpful.

Cheers, J

Thanks for the info re sizes J,

I have size 12 feet so really have trouble finding shoes here, and though I'm tall I have a 30" inside leg, which is quite short, so really won't find trousers here.  A Spanish friend said Spanish people know they will always have to adjust the leg measurements.

Thanks again

Terry

Hi, I've bought from M&S Spain a few times but never had to return before and was surprised that there was a minimum €8.99 return fee unless I could take it in to their Malaga or Marbella stores (which would be free). They give 3 alternative choices, see link at end:

1. You can post back yourself, anyway you want, which I reckon may work out to be the most expensive.

2. Postal, print off a label and take it to Correos (which I did). No upfront fee but they take €8.99 off your refund.

3. Courier, print off label and arrange a date on the site for them to pick it up. Didn't do this as although there can be a queue in Correos sometimes, rather that than be stuck in all day waiting for a late courier. Also €8.99 off your refund.

I happened to be going back to UK & Ireland at the time so rang them up to see if could exchange or return them there. Absolutely not unfortunately.

Doubt I'll be buying from M&S Spain online again and will wait for my next Atlantic Isles visit...
