Obtaining a padron online

I have now obtained a digitical certificate from our ayuntamiento and want to print our padron for changing our residencia to TIE next week but cannot seem to find the start point on the website :-(
I have read Jim's extremely helpful (as usual) guide on this but cannot see any of the start words to start the request on my local ayuntamiento's website in Pilar
Have uploaded the start page for the "electionic office".....any ideas please ? Started out with such enthusiam that I could do this, and now deflated lol :-)
