Hi, I know this is a silly question, have you asked the landlord if they could postpone the new tenant to the second week in July and you will be able to travel regardless. As all international travel is allow after 1st July, which I believe is all forms of travel.   Also someone else m...

Sally, although Airline companies are selling fares for travel commencing 1st July, and all pointers are indicating travel into Mainland Spain will be approved by The Spanish Government and possibly the British Foreign Office, this has yet to be sanctioned . Many many people have booked travel but are tentatively awaiting confirmation that they will be able to depart.

Hi Sally, I echo what Les has said.

Its been 96 days for me since I was last with my family in Spain, thankfully they have remained healthy and are 'existing' like most folk are, but in spite of my desperation to return, I am taking a realistic view and not yet booking anything as there many factors that will change things in a heartbeat.

What you can almost certainly rely on is that as soon as there can be flights then O'Leary will have his planes in the sky and Ryanair will be one of the first to announce its schedules.

Yes, we are in Limbo, but with the world going into a self prophesying mode of madness and destruction, there are no definites other than the ones we currently have.

Hope it helps

Sally,It sure is. This why I thought it important to comment on your statement announcing  " All International travel is allowed after 1st July"

Many people think the same, and it is important to be aware  it has yet to be confirmed.

Jet2 cancelled my flight for the 1st yesterday (for the 4th time 🙄). Managed to book on Ryanair for the same day, so fingers crossed. I suppose in these times it is to be expected.

Within days, Belgian flights to ALC in July have been almost completely booked-out, airBNB accomodation filling fast etc. As I said before, people are very travel hungry in reality and are booking en-masse their holidays. Travel agencies are being almost swamped with clients.

I would not wait too long as prices are skyrocketing.

After my Jet2 July 12th flights were cancelled, I rebooked for 20th July. Keeping my fingers crossed.
