I am sorry you feel this way. In my life-long experience of travelling backwards and forwards to Spain I have always found the Spanish welcoming and very accommodating, especially if you make an effort with speaking Spanish respect the Spanish culture and way of life.
Most of the things you mention regarding 'hostilities' towards the UK are not very evident in Spanish, German or French press, just UK media. I don't see the EU as being resentful to the UK, they are moving on with the future of the EU and probably relieved they can do so without brexit negotiations taking up so much time.
Do you really think the UK has handled the pandemic well? Seems to me that all governments made mistakes, no denying that the UK could have done a lot better, the data speaks for itself sadly. From a PR perspective, certain EU officials have handled the vaccine issue very badly indeed, but no point in pretending the UK media have been fair in its reporting either. The UK has imported millions of doses of the vaccine but have exported zero, the EU have exported around half of all produced within the EU (quite a few million to the UK).
The bottom line is, if you want to make a life (full or part time) in another country then do so, but do so accepting the country for how it is - nowhere is perfect. If you genuinely believe that Spain is hostile to Brits then maybe better that you consider alternative countries where you believe Brits are more welcome (but I really am not able to suggest one, sorry).
