Geoff's back in the UK and may not see your post.
Check your name to your NIE certificate, or to your residency certificate.
In the first field enter your christian names, in the second field enter your surname, leave the third blank, and the others are obvious.

There is also the large Spanish lottery drawn every Christmas. Single tickets are sold also large numbers as villages, small towns pool resources hoping for the big win which will benefit the whole community. I believe tickets for this are about 25 euros each.
