Hi all. We have dealt with Gary and are just about to start a new build outside Pinoso. Paula and her husband Steve were absolutely brilliant, helping us to find a great plot. I’m out next week to visit the town and spend some time there. Also we’re starting our flooring company on the Costa Blanca, Gary and his team helping us with solicitors etc.

Good to see so many using Alicante Dream Homes, and people enjoying Pinoso!

See you all soon

Danny

Hi Danny,

If you are looking for somewhere to stay when you visit Pinoso please take a look at Sunny Vista B&B, Culebron. Just 3km outside Pinoso.

You will enjoy Pinoso and once settled, feel free to message us (the wife & I) to perhaps meet up and introduce you to people we know.

Thanks Jason, I’ll keep that in mind. That’s really nice of you, once we’re over I’ll definitely love to meet some of the locals!

All the best

Danny

Hi Jason.

We move to near Pinoso end of June and would love to pop round and meet you guys. In time, we would love to develop a BnB / Self-Catering service and would love to hear about your experiences so far, if you don't mind? I have seen your Facebook page for Sunny Vista and the great comments from your guests, brilliant.

If you would PM me your mobile I will add it to my contacts and get in touch when we arrive.

Regards Paul and Mandy

Hi everyone

Our building work starts soon and I need to transfer over a deposit now. My bank (Barclays) offer this service, but would love to know how others have done it. I have heard moneycorp etc. I know this subject has been covered, but any thoughts would be very welcome.

Thanks everyone

Would also recommend Janet, Barclays will remove your eyes on their rate then your spleen on the cost to transfer.

Do you have a Spanish bank account as yet? Careful of who you choose as fees to transfer money between banks can also be costly, most have a limit and charge above that limit. There is nothing to stop you making multiple transfers under this limit though
