Used currencies4U, and can highly recommend them. Janet and Jane were very helpful and gave me a great rate. Thanks Gill and Skid.

Hello Gill,

We are looking at Alicante Dream Homes. How did your experience end up?

Hi, we moved to Culebron which is just outside Pinoso in October last year. My wife and I love it here. There is a great mix of Spanish, English and other nationalities. All are friendly and welcoming (in our experience).

We have just opened a Casa Rural (B&B) called Sunny Vista.

Feel free to ask questions or just say hello when you are in town.

Good luck with your move. I know Gary too, he is a good guy so you are in safe hands.

Hi.

I am looking for a property in Spain and really like the sound of Pinoso.

Could you give any advice on the area or nearby?

Also somewhere to stay when i visit the area?

Hi Ceris

We live just outside Pinoso (about 7km) in the campo. We have a 3yr old villa which is currently on the market. We also have a 1 bed casita so could potentially put you up while you're here depending on dates. Pinoso is a lovely town with everything you need!

Hola, if you are having a new build I would strongly suggest that you check how it is being built and how well it is being insulated. We live in a cave and don't have the same problems we see that our friends have living in houses or pisos where it is roasting hot in the summer and freezing in the winter as no or little insulation. In Pinoso there are some really interesting Dome houses worth investigating.
