hi could any one tell me the sort of price i should expect to pay for a key holding service and what this would include ?. And occasional change over cleaning as this will be a holiday home with the occasional rent out in playa flaminca for a 2 bedroom any info would be appreciated

Hi John.
The cleaning change over would be around €50 meet and great guests varies and key holding depends on what you required the keyholder.
Some services cover maintnance.
