Best to sort out your login codes as soon as possible so it is done and you are able to register your first guests when the time comes.

Have you sorted you plaque and complaints book? Worth sorting things like your master booking form and contract, insurance, keyholder etc as well over the winter.

If you would like some ideas of where to advertise for free them private message me and I can recommend some places. We manage high occupancy without using expensive advertising platforms. We already have many bookings for next year already.

Hi Grace,

Congratulations on getting your tourist licence.

My wife and I started the process to get our license in August with the request for the compatibility report from the Town Hall.

Could I ask how long it took from starting to receiveing your licence please?

Kind regards

Chris.

Hi Chris

I started last September and received the licence in August. Its a longer process than I thought it would be.

I am hoping to sort the final things out and start taking guests next year.

Best wishes

Grace

Hi Grace,

Thank you for the info. We guessed it wouldn't be a quick process.

Did you sort everything yourself or use a company to help you?

Kind regards,

Chris.

My daughter found someone in Spain who did everything she could for us then I just have the final bits my self. I  am coming over next week to try and sort out the plaque, the police  and a few other things to make sure everything is fine for letting. Best wishes going ahead with your licence

Regards Grace
