Hi I am in the process of buying a property in playa Flamenca, could I get recommendations for a good solicitor perhaps one you have used and were impressed with, thanks in advance

i have used Igone from Letralia Lawyers in Torrevieja on my 4 house moves
she is very good and thorough and doesnt miss anything including changing utilities into your name

Hi,
for our house purchase in Spain we used Easy Legals, based in Los Dolses Cente. Very good service, everything went smoothly including the setting up of utility payments. We still use them today for other legal matters.

We have just sold a property and bought another. We used Aniorte & Laaksow in Torrevieja. We were really impressed by the service and they were reasonably priced. May also add we made an appointment in the morning to be seen at lunchtime and by 2pm the poa was also sorted at the notary
