Hi, we are looking for a winter let from the beginning of October 2017 through to March. We are a retired couple with a well behaved dog. Outside space would be a priority please. Within 2 kms of the beach also. Rental up to 800 Euros per month. Playa Flamenca/ Punta Prima area preferred as we know the area quite well. Many thanks.

Hi, I have a two bedroomed apartment in Punta Prima. It is ground floor with a small enclosed garden, so it is safe for dogs. It has English sat TV and wifi. Walking distance to Shops/restaurants. The Punta Prima beach is about 1.5 km away. If you are interested I can send pictures.

Thank you for your response. We would really like to see the pictures, but could you also let us know whereabouts the apartment is please? 1.5 kms is no problem at all. We love to walk.

The address is Calle Alhamed, urbanisation La Cinuelica R9. It is a 10 minute walk from the commercial centre at Punta Prima where Consum and McDonalds are. I will send photos later today.

I must say that in order to get to the beach you will have to cross the main road, N332. There is a footbridge over it.
