Hi Everyone, We are due to come out to our house in Playa Flamenca on Wednesday, Just wondering how things are, We are not bothered about Boris's quarentine as I personally think that was a tacticle move to get our tourism moving and not Spain, I was over a few weeks back and felt much safer over there than over here but I know things have got a bit worse lately. The only real worry I have is getting locked down there, I have work over here that wouldn't be that impressed if I was trapped there for a few weeks/months, Is it anything close to that or business as usual. I can't find anywhere how cases are going on the Costa Blanca South.

Thanks in advance

Honestly... get yourself over. We had the same dilemma and finally decided to fly out in the 6th Aug. Best decision we made. We have a home in Playa Flamenca. Quieter than normal but that suits us. Lots of places open to eat and drink, beaches all managed well. We have to quarantine when we get home but no problem with that. Just like you we think it’s all a big con to boost the UK economy

Hi crosscalvert,

As others have advised, In general, it is quieter than normal but still lots of activity going on.

La Zenia Boulevard, as always, is lively and yesterday La Zenia beach was ,as again, always lively too.

I know it's been good weather back in the UK ,but thats all about to change.

Go on, get your buckets and spades packed into your case and enjoy your Playa Flamenca home in the ☀️ .
