Death duties or tax

Hi hope it's OK to post this my friend owns a townhouse in playa flamenca but sadly she has been diagnosed with terminal cancer and I wondered if anyone could help with the subject of any monies etc that could be owed to the government or if the house was put up for sale again what money would be owed to the government etc. My friend is not a resident it's a holiday property for her and sadly she is too ill 🤒 to ask any questions.
