Long term rental wanted

Hi sue hope you find somewhere to rent we have just moved over to Calle Nicaragua Florida golf it’s lovely my advice would be don’t move to we’re there are going yo be a lot of tourists as it can be very noisy I don’t no if you have friends here but if you and your husband want to meet up one day we would be happy to do that if your in and around Villamartin or Playa Flamenca are good luck with the move we love it

My husband and I are looking to move over but still need to work. Were happy to do anything to be honest, how did you find your apartment? Was it through a letting agent? The long term let's I keep finding are seasonal only. Thanks in advance! Tracy x

Thank you so much for your reply and kind invitation.  We don’t know anyone although I did rent an under build apartment for over 5 years just off the Moraira, Calpe road and I was well known in Moraira with my beautiful boys in their buggy! I wasn’t a permanent resident but I was there quite a lot.

We just want somewhere “nice” if you know what I mean and if it’s Spanishy all the better. We have seen one or two that we like on a Javea website so I’m hopeful that we will get what we want.
