All drones in Spain are under the authority of AESA
Regulations are:
No more than 120m height
No more than 500m distance
Not allowed over people or buildings
Not permitted in Controlled air space
Must stay further than 8km from an airports, heliports.
Qualified pilots may obtain permission to fly outside the regulations.
Some small drones DJI Mavic Mini are allowed over people and buildings up to 20m height
This is the official drone map
Drones are not permitted near Playa Flamenca without AESA authorisation. It´s in controlled air space for Murcia.
Extends all the way to Torrevieja. Some people do risk flying drones in that area. The average fine is 6,000€.
