Hello
Can anyone recommend a keyholding service in the vicinity of Playa Flamenca?
My house has had sime emergency repairs and the key has kindly been held by my solicitor but I need someone to visit occasionally to check up and carry out a few routine jobs. Any ideas?
Just be carefull, it is not unknown for property to be rented out by a keyholder.

Yes thank you. I am very aware of this problem. At the moment there is absolutely no furniture there so not particularly rent worthy although freshly decorated! It will be temporary until we can travel more frequently. I dont have faith in my neighbour unfortunately.

I can vouch for their honesty, reliability and for their excellent service. Best keyholders I have ever had.
Do not use a person who is not registered to work legally in Spain. Use either a registered business or a self-employed person. They should issue you with proper invoices too.

Please don't make such general accusations against keyholders. If you know of a company/person who have done this then name and shame them. There are plenty of honest businesses that such comments could harm.
