Please could someone advise how I attach the necessary documents to an email and the address on line to use.
Yesterday I visited the playa flamenca townhall to be told that they were closed indefinitely.
The person at the desk said that I could scan documents and under covid 19 could post on line.
My bank have requested this and have also stated that it can be done on line ! Any help would be appreciated.

I think you'd be better going back to the town hall and asking for an email address, as Orihuela don't publish one.
Or go on the website and try the online chat.

Hi, You can do it online if you have a clave or by downloading the form completing it and returning it to them. I found it by accident on the site, it is not very clear.

On the top line for Solicitud de Alta o Renovación de la Inscripción en el Padrón Municipal de Habitantes, click Descargar Instancia to download the form.
Assuming you've not yet got residency, you need to ensure when you apply that you say you want a temporary padrón in support of a residency application.
