A friend got a bill earlier this year much higher than normal. He also suspected it may be his swimming pool. He got a plumber in and he checked everything and said there was no leak. it doesn’t help that the water company doesn’t include meter readings on bills.

Aw Snoxell, unlike Terry,i was in the house. My problem was to find where the leak was.😊

Hi

I am with Hidrogea in Murcia and if you click on descargar factors it will show you meter readings, that's on the email I get from them

Hope this is useful

I only have paper billing as does my friend, so unfortunately no M/Rs on our bills.

Did try to set up online billing, but get an error message. I read you can set up an alert for abnormally high water usage, but couldn't see that online. I don't find it the easiest site to navigate.
